Dieta para Diabéticos

A forma mais comum de diabetes é Diabetes Tipo II, que ocorre principalmente em adultos. Esta forma de diabetes pode ser controlada (até certo ponto), com o direito dieta e exercício, mas também com comprimidos para diabetes e insulina.Uma alimentação saudável para uma pessoa diabética é uma dieta de baixa gordura tradicional.

Esta dieta teria uma porção de gorduras, carboidratos e proteína, este é o tipo de Dieta que a maioria dos  nutricionistas recomendam. Algumas pessoas têm sido capazes de reverter o diabetes, fazendo mudanças de estilo de vida e dieta balanceadas.


 

Cardápio para Diabéticos

Café da manhã
1/2 Laranja
1 tigela de aveia coberta com leite com baixo teor de gordura extra
1 colher de mel
1 colher sementes de linhaça

Lanche da Manhã
1 kiwi

Almoço
40g de arroz
100 gramas de Frango cozido
1 Xícara de pepino, pimentões
Sobremesa:1 laranja pequena

Dieta para Diabéticos

Lanche da tarde
2 pães de centeio com 1 colher de extrato de levedura.

Jantar
200 gramas filé de salmão coberto com
1 e meia colher azeite misturado com 1 dente de alho grelhado
60 gramas Purê de batata amassada sirva com ervilhas e espinafre.
1 copo médio de vinho branco ou tinto seco ou suco de frutas.



 

Fica a Dica

Beba bastante água (para ajudar no funcionamento dos rins).Perca peso lentamente mais com saúdeComa pouco e muitas vezes - isso ajuda a manter os níveis aceitáveis de açúcar no sangue.

Não comer menos do que 25% de gorduras, gorduras são essenciais e ajudam a retardar a absorção da refeição.

Tente comer muitas frutas frescas, saladas e legumes durante o dia e nas refeições.
